The staff there could not be any better , took quite good care of me ,had no worries there
Had hip surgery here yesterday. Everyone was amazing. The nurse that I had made me feel calm and safe before surgery, and after surgery made sure I was in no discomfort as I woke up.
Beautiful craftsman style medical facility inside and outside. Yes, there was a wait, but quality of service outweighs the wait. Staff very friendly. Dr Kalarn is the best and nursing staff were all well prepared.
I took a family member here for eye surgery. She checked in at 2pm (scheduled check in time was 2:10). We waited 1hr and 55 minutes before she was called back. After waiting for an hour and a half, she went to the desk to find out what the problem was. The reception staff had all already left for the day. Center for Health has COMPLETE DISREGARD for their customers time! This is absolutely unacceptable! I will not use OSF or Center for Health facilities myself and this just solidifies my decision.
