If you are a person or color or have faced any oppressions, this is not the therapist for you. You will find yourself defending your experiences and feeling unheard. I have reported this therapist’s harms to the board of social work as well. I find her to be extremely unhelpful, but instead she gaslights you. There are plenty of great therapists in Utah that use social justice and compassion in their therapeutic approach.
