To make a long story short, two days after my consultation w/Dr. Koshe's assistant, I faxed the office to have them fill out 3 forms related to three prescriptions, in order for me to get approval from my insurance. After many, many unanswered calls, when I talked to someone, she told me it would take at least 10 to 12 business days.
