Dr. Nickens is absolutely phenomenal. He’s understanding, easy to talk to and hears you out before making his diagnosis. His nurse Carmen is equally amazing. She calls you and CALLS YOU BACK if you leave her a message same day or next day response. She goes above and beyond for her patients. Reception easily finds you in their system and relays messages really well. I’ve never had to wait for a prescription refill. It’s just a great place to find medical care.
