D'Ortone and staff are amazing. This was my first-ever podiatrist visit and every minute was packed with information. If I could give 10 stars would. Highly recommended!
This was my first time at this office and EVERYONE was so nice and welcoming. I know the office has a steady flow of patients, but time is taken to go through everything. Dr. D'ortone was fantastic and explained everything as he was going through my visit and answered any questions I had. I left learning some new things, even got inserts for a better walking experience and just one day in them my body felt soooo much better. Thanks to the entire staff such wonderful hospitality.
Bedside manner here is extraordinary. After a traumatic ingrown toenail procedure when I was a child, I had really been putting off getting a different toe done for a while. They were so reassuring about everything. The nurse, Anna even distracted me for parts of the procedure and really made me feel at ease. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which I booked through Zocdoc. I was easily able to find street parking right across from the building. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, including Anna who was great. I got my concern addressed by the Dr. and overall had a positive experience.
