Exceptional services. Great Staff. I give them 5 stars.
The doctors here are great. Dr Campwala, Dr Fielding and Dr Rudolph are very caring and take their time to listen to the patients concerns and needs. The front office staff really needs some training on customer service; they will talk down on the patients and make you feel bad for asking a question. You will also get yelled at by Ariana at the front desk for arriving 20 mins before your appointment !! Citlaly, the young MA is very rude and always throwing digs at other doctors. I had an appointment here at 10:20. I’ll make sure to come here early so I got here at 9:50. I checked in and now it’s 1130 and I still can’t be seen by anybody here. This is probably one of the worst places I’ve ever been to for medical related. Don’t come here you’re just gonna have you waiting for hours.
I usually don’t like to complain about places. But the receptionists are so unhelpful. I can’t say for the doctor’s or nurses because I couldn’t even get seen by one before I got turned away for missing a paper… I unfortunately will not be going back nor do I recommend this place.
