Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? No, they were out of everything!

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule

Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was this staff friendly? They were decent

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
