I have been seeing my counselor for almost 2 1/2 years while in limbo waiting to get on SSI. my counselor, K*** constantly calls in sick at the last minute, ends my appointments early, and rushes me out early, I told him repeatedly my SSI hearing was scheduled, and I told him I needed info sent to my attorney 2 MONTHS in advance! he waited until the last minute to send the info but neglected to send some kind of report form.
