Been coming for years !! Dr.Monica been always focus on finding exactly my areas where the pain originates from.. using state of the art technology and expertise, I never had such a devoted person to help me get by my daily life..

Best doctor ever dr Ariz Mehta is one of best I have not been up there for year went behind his bk and and to be honest I got messed up again my advice listen to your doctor he knows better a whole lot better than u do I am trying to get the nerve to face him again
I am happy with the pain disability institute services they treat me fairly and I like the doctors there and very understanding
