This place is unbelievable after getting the doctor's dictated notes the day she (Monica Metha ) fully discharge me wrote a letter to another doctor stating I discharged myself for the love of money Got my medical records Update after filing the complaint against this facility they were found to be in violation with Hippa Standards federal now I can finally have my medical records without the charge of 385 dollars they are not to charge a fee for social security or disability to send your medical records to any doctor that ... read more

Got my medical records Update after filing the complaint against this facility they were found to be in violation with Hippa Standards federal now I can finally have my medical records without the charge of 385 dollars they are not to charge a fee for social security or disability to send your medical records to any doctor that request them if any charge it should be only 6.50 shame on you .you should be hearing from them soon if you haven't already it's sad because this put me in a year and a half waiting period for social ... read more
After getting an MRI, I was forced to return for a paid appointment before they would share my results. On return, I spent an hour and a half sitting in the waiting room while Dr Monica had a screaming match with a woman in her office. Multiple staff members were rude to myself and other patients because they were busy, but they should instead funnel their bad energy into improving their practice. I won't trust this practice with anything again.
