If you could do less stars that would be preferable for this irresponsible "mental health" provider. They have faulty virtual systems (keep this in mind) that they then put the blame/responsibility for on the patient with inconsistent policy on said virtual (can they use zoom? Can they do the secure video? Can you cancel? Doesn't matter because the provider never signs into the portal anyway after half an hour of waiting and the patient gets a late cancellation fee). Do not recommend to anyone. They don’t respond & you are treated like you’re annoying them when trying to schedule an appointment. Plus their facilities look like a dump. I really don’t know how they’re still in business.
You fired my amazing counselor without notice. I'll be following her and reading you to anyone who will listen. This is not the first major problem I have had with CEH. I've seen two amazing counselors at four separate locations. The counselors get a gold star. All four locations were disasters with regard to communication, billing, and scheduling. I have no idea how this organization is still in business. Please don't give CEH your trust, time, or money.
