I just have to say, Ms. Chauntese, who just now helped me reschedule my son's virtual appointment that I had unfortunately missed while he was sick this morning, is probably one of the most genuinely sweet people I've come across in helping me in her role and position. Tried to perscribe anti-psychotic meds without giving a DIAGNOSIS -- -- no compassion or care at all
We love Megan Okouda. And are so sad that her office closed and that she left. However, we hope to find another provider that is just as awesome as she has been.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced! No one is on the same page at all and was told last minute I had to come in office then was told by someone else that I didn’t have to. They can be 30 minutes late to an appointment but if you are over 5 minutes they have to reschedule. When Ezra left the practice went downhill!
I have a lot of issues with this place. First, the front office staff could not care less about the patients in this place. Second, when you schedule a zoom meeting with the psychiatrist, she will not be there and then 20 min later I'm calling because she hasn't shown up for them to tell me she said we were the ones not showing up and will have to reschedule. And these sessions are pre-paid mind you. I have gotten medication management for myself and my child here and at first it was decent but it's gone downhill. They overc... read more
