Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. My experience Yesterday was phenomenal. Mimi and Humira dental assistance took care of me and really made me feel welcomed into the Family. I have been to a different dental offices across last few years, but the service and level of excellence I received by Dr Tang at Promenade dentistry made me feel right at home. The staff are very friendly warming and kind. They took me in right away service is great without a doubt. I had excruciating pain from a tooth missing a cap. I needed a root canal and Dr. Tang and his staff helped me get in right away. He squeezed me into their schedule and fixed my tooth. Just listening to how the doctor explained his methods and how he treated his employees I knew it was a nice office. Great overall experience, passionate doctor, can't go wrong.
Amazing experience all around. on a Friday afternoon, when everyone else was closed or not accepting new patients they welcomed me and handled my emergency dental procedure. The staff and doc made me feel comfortable and did not make me wait at all when my 2 p.m. appointment came around. They were thorough and professional. Extremely down-to-earth and genuinely cared about me and making me feel better. This is where you should take your family as I will be taking mine going forward. Thank you all very much.

I am pleased with the care I received at my first appointment. I was very nervous because I did have 4 extractions . To my surprise they were quick and not as painful as I imagined. Everyone was so friendly which is very important given the situation with dental care at times. The dentist did a great job as did his assistant. Back in 2 weeks for my partial. Thanks Promenade staff.

The Dentist and his staff are great. I've been to several offices and this office made me feel the most comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to join Promenade.
I took my two girls and myself to establish a relationship with a dentist office in Charlotte. They were super with my girls and let them ask as many questions as they could think of. Truly a warm and inviting staff. May smallest is 6, and was slightly nervous, but after the visit she is excited to return.
