If I could give zero stars, it would be -100. I have an adult son 37 with autism who recently moved back from Florida. He was in a group home in Florida and I am in the process still a year later trying to get him services. I have all his records from when he was first diagnosed all the way through the psychiatrist When he came back. Lake County department of disability will not help him because they say he needs an autism test. They sent me a list. It took me a year to finish these test. As of today we still do not have the... read more

First of all the phone number does not work, does not answer the phone, and the voice mail is full. The only communication I could do is text the number. I asked for an appointment to get seen, but they ghosted me. I should have known better than to try to get seen somewhere where their main communication is via text. Unprofessional.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT go with is company if you are seeking help. They do nothing but make you pay more money for no reason and you will get nothing out of the sessions. I went there for a few months because insurance was supposedly going to cover the costs and all I did was pay for the co-pays, but then I get a bill in the mail saying that I owe even more money. FOR WHAT?! All I’m saying is please if anybody is seeking help for mental health issues, This is not the company to go with!! There are more affordable and be... read more

I wish I would have read the last review before showing up today. I’ve called all morning to confirm the location because last time I was given the other office and had to reschedule. I try to support black owned businesses but this is highly unprofessional. As a future social worker I would not provide this level of service to any clients. I’m struggling with ADHD and trying to complete my degree at the same time and in order to receive medication I have to retest for a condition I’ve had since being diagnosed as a teenager... read more

No receptionist, counselor was late, poor communication. Calvin Hall literally (nervous) laughed at 100% of anything I said. Cut my appointment 40 mins short because he messed up scheduling with a doctor. Would recommend going literally anywhere else. Bordering on a scam given I can't get ahold of anyone and they lied about my 2nd appointment being telehealth. Terrible
