This methadone clinic is likely the best of the bunch. They still drop the ball at times though. I have gotten conflicting information from different staff members on several occasions. When it results in missing a dose I get pissed off. But, like I said, this one is likely the best of the 3 in town. It is a non profit, all that means is the owners are on the payroll. They don't like to leave paper towels in the bathroom. They know people are going to UA for them but refuse to follow sanitary procedures, disgusting. Just dow... read more

When it results in missing a dose I get pissed off. But, like I said, this one is likely the best of the 3 in town. It is a non profit, all that means is the owners are on the payroll and they have best of intentions. The Fed restrictions and procedures are usually what causes hiccups. Usually you don't have to wait too long.

Very helpful though the providers hours are found few and far between. Other than that the people seem great.

I am a counselor in Pueblo, Colorado who transferred a patient to NDTC. Paula helped me with this. She was kind, compassionate, and understanding. She was phenomenal!!

The intake process is a bit lengthy, like maybe around 5 or 6 hrs... so be prepared, but trust me... it is worth it. They give you your first dose the same day of intake and there's absolutely no discrimination here... you are treated with absolute respect. You can tell the staff there take your care very seriously when it comes down to your comfort and privacy. Everything at all angles I give a 5-star rating, especially with all the lives they've saved. You'll find nothing but love here.
