I did the IOP for adults mood & anxiety program a while back. I saw some people had great experiences because they were lucky to be there when good facilitators and therapists were working there. I started later than them and watched my favorite fellow patients discharge and then the entire dynamic shifted because there was a huge turnover of staff towards the end of my program. I attended CFD for about 7 months in 2024–2025, and while the experience was life-changing, it wasn’t perfect. The staff—mainly therapists and dietitians—did a great job teaching me DBT, CBT, and other mental health tools I still use to improve myself and my relationships. They supported me when I couldn’t support myself and helped create a strong sense of community through group therapy, outdoor walks, cooking, expressive arts, and more. Very warm welcoming , staff is amazing and advocates for their patients. Both Directors at this location are amazing. Definitely do highly recommend this facility.
