I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They sent me emails about all the information I needed and even called me to take me an hour early due to cancellations which was perfect!

Needed an MRI on my left knee. Facility is in Bellevue (ideal location depending where you work). Staff was very nice, the procedure took about 30 minutes. I'd definitely return if I needed another exam.
The overall experience was a good one. Although I didn't like getting a needle in my back everyone there was very professional and did a great job of caring for me and getting the procedure completed the first time.
