Dr. Hafeez is great. Highly recommend him
The office staff could not adequately explain a billing adjustment on a balance I believe to the ave paid in full. Nor could she address my questions about procedure costs. Her attitude bordered on rude. At best it was dismissive or bored. For the cost of these services I would expect at least friendliness and an offer to find the answers to my questions.
The physicians assistant was friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. She was very efficient with the examination and gave me good information. I’m very happy that I was referred to this dermatologist.
