I've been a patient of Dr. Doctors for many years. Service meets or exceeds expectations. Staff is both professional and courteous. The surroundings are esthetically pleasing and thoughtfully designed with consideration for the kind of conveniences and creature comforts most busy people would notice and appreciate. Very high marks for state of the art equipment and cleanliness. Another big differentiator with regards to service is that if you show up on time, then they are on time - love that!
I was upset that the date was moved from March 30 to March 2 and then had to be moved because of sickness. But I got over it. and I was in and out.
Anyra was very great and helpful, she explained everything that she was doing, why she was doing it and explained how and why I should improve my habits. She didn't make me feel guilty about not coming to the dentist for a while but instead was positive and wanted to help me improve. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door. Usually I am terrified of the dentist but I have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks and I am not dreading it at all.
I've been a patient since relocating to DC 25 years ago and have always experienced excellent care. Thank you
