It was my first visit to Washington Center and also my first visit to a dentist in DC since I have moved here. These people make you feel like a queen/king. I was pleasantly surprised with a welcome gift bag and a tour of the facility before meeting William and Dr. Rinaldi, both of whom were very kind and made me feel at ease through the entire procedure.
As one of the "very terrified", I always appreciate the way that the staff is very kind and caring, and go out of their way to put me at ease and listen to my concerns about pain, etc. A very positive dental experience!
The staff at WCD make is hard to go somewhere else for dental care. No other dental office compares to it. What a fantastic group of individuals!
Ann Amaratunga, Dental Hygienist, and Dr. Marc Doctors, DDS, provided me with excellent oral care as always. They help me to keep on top of dental and gum care, and alert me to any pending issues.

As always, my visit to Ann (hygenist) and Mark Doctors was terrific.
One signal of a first-rate office is the currency of the magazines. This office has up-to-date magazines. This tells the patient that this office focuses on large and small aspects -- that this office "has it all together"! In addition, everyone in the office says hello, is pleasant, and very professional. Now add to all this the award-winning dentistry and you are in good hands for sure.
