Really professional, reassuring excellence.
I came in for a consult. The office is very well appointed and there is a welcoming atmosphere with free water and drinks in a mini-fridge. However, the proposed dental work is super expensive and they do not participate with insurance. This can quickly become a huge cost.I wonder if all the dentists bill the same amounts or if they are independent but working in the same practice. I went in for my cleaning and was welcomed and seated promptly. The hygienist was personable, friendly, and thorough. The good news was my teeth and gums were very healthy. I believe my health check was so good because I took their recommendation to use an electric toothbrush. This is the first time in years that I did not hear about excess tarter.They are doing a great job. I'm very pleased with the service I've been receiving.
I've had four appointments so far and have received the same high degree of courteous, professional service each time. From the front-desk staff to the dentists, they all get high marks for pleasant demeanor and good senses of humor. On the more clinical side, they tend to what needs to be treated in timely and efficient manner. Other than the session took a LOT longer than I planned.... due to complications, it was painless and a very good result.
They were very flexible in helping me reschedule my appointment. Then, at the scheduled time they were ready, with no waiting time. The hygienist was very friendly, very informative and very efficient.
My first trip to Washington Center for Dentistry was amazing. Everything was so well run and I really felt comfortable with of the staff there. I can't wait to go back for my next cleaning!
