Outstanding experience....again.
The staff at WCFD are accommodating, friendly, and each person are very professional in their own field. Nicole, is awesome, she ensures that you are teamed up with the right doctor and dental hygienist. Susan, my hygienist, is totally awesome. Susan is nice, friendly, and knows everything about teeth. She gets my gums and teeth healthy! And best of all is Dr. Katsaros - wow, what an outstanding doctor !! He does a quality assurance check to guarantee that my teeth are in their best condition!! What a team !!!
As with most people, I was apprehensive about my first visit here. However it was actually a very pleasant and, dare I say, enjoyable experience, far and above what you would expect a dental visit to be. Starting with the pleasant welcome and gift from the receptionist-all the way through to the actual cleaning and deep scaling i received, I can truly say I have never experienced such a pleasant dental visit. I had a great experience this morning. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The hygienist Anya (not sure if it's the correct spelling) was wonderful; she explained the entire process to me quire clearly and proceeded with the cleaning, which was conducted without any problems. Dr. Katsaros was also very professional and provided me with many options for treatment, in addition to explaining what the course of action would be. The entire experience was as pleasant as a dental cleaning can be!
I was pleased to have another dental technician suggested to me when I arrive almost 1.5 hours before my appointment. Suzanne did a thorough job. And even Dr. Deutsch arrived w/o being summoned!

My regular preventive maintenance appointment was great today. I especially appreciate the staff's interest in explaining clearly what they found and the monitoring/treatment options they recommend. They take time to involve the patient in care decisions.
