Horrible ! Blueshield submitted an authorization for my son to begin services here . Their director or someone ended up in the hospital and they never called to communicate that with me or the insurance and when the insurance reached out to them Manny , the person who works the front desk, was very like oh well about it . Blue shield will be filing a grievance on them . Like that’s not our fault someone ended up in the hospital , you still call and communicate hey we can’t provide services right now . This is an amazing agency. Everyone in the agency works amazingly with the children to ensure that they have the proper support. The BII’s, BID’s and therapists work with the children and on their goals so that they can accomplish them. By having this support system, you can see a clear improvement.

Thee worst ABA agency ever created,totally unprepared. Totally unprofessional, total lack of working with adults , not one ABA consultant that is deserving of their certification.
