My son has been a client since April 2021 in Folsom center and now in Rancho Cordova. The BCBA supervisors there Celine and Nadja are professional and knowledgable. All the tutors and staff are kind and polite. They are very respectful and we are happy with the services! My son is a teenager and still enjoys coming there 2-3x a week. An amazing team with amazing people!
Today my daughter got kicked out of here for no reason. They tell you what you want to hear and If you do not comply to what they want you to do they kick you out. There excuse for kicking my daughter out was because my internet was not working and I only missed two appointments. I have made it to all appointments except two appointments and one of the times during the intake I had to leave early because the molina drive showed up early and demanded I leave right then and there.
