My son attended here for a few months after school and it was horrible. Our therapist wasn’t trained to be handling autistic children. The director is rude . We quit awhile ago and I STILL get emails as if I’m signing up or are still enrolled! I call them and they won’t tell me if I’m unenrolled or not. I would not recommend this organization or this office. As for the office, it is under-decorated, sterile feeling, and echoey. The management of the office is not great. The supervisor lacks people skills, whether it was the patronizing way that she spoke to therapists or being unresponsive to parents. We loved Cathy, the therapist. As for the organization as a whole, totally ignoring parents or failing to follow up seems to be an acceptable practice across all depts.
