Manager is what clients' parents described as "disorganized" and "rude." "Therapists" (the people working directly with clients) are highly under-trained. For the month that I worked here, they didn't actually have a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who was licensed to practice in the state of Oregon supervising the "therapists." A company that truly cares about their people and patients. The Eugene office has had many challenges since trying to start up, but things are moving in the right direction! I’m so grateful to CARD and the amazing progress I’ve seen in my nephew just in a few short months!

Can I give it 0 stars? Apparently not. I worked here for almost a year. In the beginning it was awesome. I had a great boss, until she quit because of unsafe and terrible working conditions! I put myself through stress every single day, I was lied to by my supervisor countless times. The current OM has canceled clients therapy sessions without parents consent or even calling them about it! I originally called to complain about the job applicantion process which is asking overqualified people to work underpaid and understaffed. The job experience and demands are unreasonable, and with more research, I understand why that is. Its a for profit medical group very much like a pyrmaid scheme. Never take your children here.
