Trainers are spread way to thin with to many clients and the temp is like an icebox and they'll do nothing to accommodate you even when the PT room next door is plenty warm don't waste your time
Bill and his team keep you in shape and make the workouts fun while keeping you challenged with new techniques and exercises each session. I highly recommend for anyone recovering from injuries or just looking to get back to top performance and health.
