First I want to say that everyone including Dr. Basta at this office is very nice, friendly and professional. They were able to get us an appointment quickly. We had originally been recommended to another oral surgeon’s office by his orthodontist but they were not able to get him an appointment for several months. We were told by Dr. Basta because of his age not yet being 13, that he would be under local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia. My son was quite traumatized by the surgery. Dee allays my anxiety by explaining calmly every step of what she does. Very knowledgeable hygienist who whole heartedly takes care of her patients.
This place runs as a well-oiled machine. From the first moment you feel that you are the center of their care. Dr. Basta, in addition to his significant surgical skills, is all over the place making sure his staff are ready. Keke and Sam are amazing. Thank you, guys!
