Came in here to ask around for questions and I quote says to me " I don't have time for you" when there was not a single customer in sight. Worst costumer service.

I had my silver necklace fixed due to broken necklace chain. Jenny told me she had to cut the small piece attached to the lock. I asked what she would do with the cut small piece, she said she would give it back to me. She said she would call me if ready to be picked up. I waited more than a week, no calls. I called and I got the necklace fixed but I asked for the broken small piece, she just said " it's not here" She avoided eye contact with me and continued on what she was repairing.
