Center Cut Meats catered my sister's wedding this past weekend and I HIGHLY recommend them. The guests are all talking about how wonderful the food was. And they were great to work with.
A friend of ours gave us some Elk Bacon to try processed by Center Cut Meats it was awesome so my husband decided to have some of his trimmings done here to try it out. The summer sausage he had done here was the worst we have ever had! You cannot even slice it because it just crumbles! Never again for us we will be going back to the place we usually take ours to.
Gary is a great guy! Best hot dogs and summer sausage you can get. Bring your deer here!
