We took Charlie here today for the first time- super friendly, knowledgeable and warm staff. So Happy we found a great team to care for our little puppy!
I recently took my dog here for the first time, and I was really happy with the whole experience. They responded to my appointment request immediately, and were able to get me in within a couple days. Prices were very reasonable, and everyone from the front desk to the vet was welcoming. I also love that they communicate electronically which is super convenient.
We live in NE Philly and drive 11 miles to get the best possible care for our English Bulldog. The staff and doctors are the most caring and thoughtful people. They instantly made us feel welcome. They are all so easy to talk to to and the respond very quickly when we email or call with concerns.....not to mention, they spoil Winston with love and snacks at every visit.
This is my favorite vet and I would recommend them to anyone. My four year old cat has seen them since I moved up here, they helped get foster kittens healthy again, and they saw my new puppy tonight. The place is cleaned and inviting. All of the staff is wonderful, caring, and personable. Scheduling and contact is easy, and I can make appointments in the evening and on Sundays.
We love CCVH and Dr. Cohen! The staff goes above and beyond to follow up with us after appointments to make sure my pup is doing well. Even though I moved 30 mins away, I continue to bring my dog to Dr. Cohen where I know she'll receive the best care.
