These folks charged me 1500 for parts and labor. I was on the road for three days. It broke down again. They tried to charge me an additional $600 for something that wasn’t damaged prior to me visiting the shop. Open admit that they had to take that part off to get to the original part, but that’s not their fault that it was broke though it passed all visual inspections initially. Complete joke. Rude and does not have your best interest in mind.
DO NOT GET YOUR REPAIRS DONE HERE! the stereotype that mechanics add on additional repairs or mess with parts that weren't broken before is NOT being beaten here. From the lack of customer service from Hugo to spending almost $1000 more than planned. This Volkswagen does not take accountability for their actions and expects their customers to have a money tree for their hiked up service prices. I just bought my first VW from Centennial Volkswagen and it was a very seamless experience. Dallas was the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She knew the Atlas Cross Sport forward and backward and had answers for all of my (MANY) questions. This was a very positive experience and I highly recommend you visit them if you’re in the market!
Carlos helped me a lot in the service department. Very professional and polite. He worked to get me a loaner while my car was being serviced for 3 days. He communicated what was going on with my vehicle. Thanks for seeing me through the process.
