I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this Volkswagen dealership. The customer service has been poor, and every visit seems to bring up issues that should have been addressed during previous repairs. It’s frustrating to pay for service only to be told later that the same problems still exist or that additional repairs are suddenly needed. Jenny, the internet salesperson,called me in reference to looking for a Jetta GLI. I explained to her that we live pass Henderson and it was too far to come. She informed me that if we drove out, we would receive a $100 gas card. We decided to go out and took the Jetta for a test drive. Unfortunately, they were not able to make a deal with us. Salesperson offered $100 gas card to drive out from Henderson, then the sales manager said that it was only if we bought a car. No one said that you had to buy a car for the $100 gas card. We were looking at actually buying 2 cars today, but after the unethical behavior of this dealership we will buy at a different dealership! DO NOT TRUST THESE SALESPEOPLE! TYPICAL USED CAR Mentality!!!
Superb service by John Garcia, service advisor. No pressure sales on services. I came in and thought I needed a very expensive service on my VW Passat GT. John walked me through what actually needed to be checked versus the service I thought I needed. Their competitor would have let me ask for the expensive service and not told me it was only necessary if certain conditions existed. John listed the needed services and some recommended services.
