I got my replacement for my 2020 Impreza here and I’m so happy! Thank you to David and Kinzie for helping me get my Crosstrek! The best people to work with to get a subie! Highly recommend this location for all your subie needs.
Rude people answering the phone that will talk over you and argue with you, large dealer fees when purchasing vehicles, lengthy process to purchase with lots of back and forth. Better to support a small business for purchasing vehicles. You will get better service and people will not yell at you and argue with you. Sales people complain about having to work long 12 hour shifts!! Will not purchase from them again. Will also not be purchasing a Subaru since they are expensive to work on and parts are often on back order!!

Purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Premium two weeks ago. Met my service advisor today. John took care of what was needed as efficiently as possible. I was offered a ride home, but preferred to wait. Every staff person I have encountered has been kind and efficient.The waiting room is comfortable with some snack and beverage choices. Restrooms provided are well maintained. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new ride or great service!
I went to look at a 4runner with my Grandparents. We were greeted by Kyra, who was very professional and helpful. We said we wanted to look at another 4runner before committing to anything, and asked if she had a business card we could have (so I could reach her if we decided to go with their car).
