It's the BEST hospital I've ever been too, I've been to this hospital with 4 of my family members and one friend and I've never ran into one snobby nurse, they are all very compassionate and kind!! Dr. Rex Arendall is the best Doctor and Pam Crancer is tops!!! Thank you for your care on my husband this past month when he gad brain surgery!!!

The two oncology drs Jennifer domm an Dr frangil are absolutely amazing!! So is all the staff an nurses they started my son on chemo right away after relapsed from Vandy with bad experience there Centinal has really blessed my family the tumors are shrinking an surgery next month again for close watch! It is absolutely terrible that this hospital accepts ALL networks for BCBST except those networks that are purchased through the healthcare exchange (Obamacare). I had an emergency and went to this hospital. Because they have chosen to not accept this network for BCBST, I was considered out of network. And now I am on the hook for close to $6,000 worth of medical bills for my 2 hour visit there. Many phone calls later, BCBST will still not pay out a penny. Okay I had a heart attack two weeks ago to day thanks to the staff of people that took care of me I'm still here if you have to have open heart surgery this is the hospital you want to be at because everyone that takes care of you care about you and I'm not just talking about the nursing staff the doctors and the specialist I'm talking about everyone from janitorial services housekeeping the people who prepare the food everyone that works there shows pride and that they care about the people they take care of
