I've had good memories with each group of nurses I've had. 6th surgery since Sept '16.
What a nightmare it has been to deal with the incompetence of their billing department. After my wife's surgeries, we were over-billed for the second surgery. We went through a long, heated dispute with the billing staff and ultimately had to involve the BBB in order to get our accounts settled. Nearly 5 months after settling all of the accounts (and over 8 months after the procedure) we have received another invoice! My 26 year old son was transferred from Horizon med center in Dickson to Centennial, on June 17, he had a heart attack. Dr Gina Chandler, who is also my husbands doctor and now my sons, did an outstanding job caring for my son. As always was very patient and kind wgen answering questions for us,as u can imagine your 26 year old having a heart attack. Y'all need better staff, janitors & it's dumb that a mother can't even take her sister back because they forgot an ID ! Why would the mother let some stranger go back and see her kid! Y'all need help!
