Had a great experience working with thad from maintenance at Westwood Greeley Apartments. Thad was professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the service. He was helpful in coordinating everything and made sure the job went smoothly. Appreciate the great communication and professionalism!
I watched an employee illegally dumping in to tenant paid dumpsters and increasing the trash fee that the tenant pay for to cover the cost.
This place is not safe. Kids cause trouble with others (kids gang up on other kids). Management does nothing to manage this. As for the buildings and grounds.... the place looks ok, but maintenance is a different story. The office personel's attitudes really suck just so you know.
