Very Helpful We had some issues with a recent purchase and Brian Barkley came through to help us out with a new vehicle once we sold the older vehicle. Not a "sales" mentality from Brian Barkley or Centennial. Will purchase a vehicle again from them.
Didn't work out for me-low ratings due to required fields Ladies were very nice but sadly I made a HUGE mistake buying the 2017 RAV -- knew that within the 3 business day time frame so hoped for better resolution. Had I dealt directly with Toyota dealer think there would have been a better outcome for me.
The easiest experience ever! Tiffanie and her team were absolutely incredible! They kept us in the know every step of the way, they laid out all of our options and were very honest with us. They made us feel extremely comfortable and we were confident that they were working FOR US to get us the best deal. I will never go through another dealership again! Great Experience. Fast and Easy. The Consultant that assisted me with my car search was Jamie Seger. She was absolutely amazing. She was available at all time throughout the day to answer any questions I had. She also was very honest and I really appreciated this honesty because it can get scary when you are making such a big purchase. She made this experience comfortable.
The best way to buy a car. We just purchased a pre-owned car here. Tiffanie Russell was our salesperson at the dealership. We contacted her recently and told her what we were looking for. When cars showed up at their dealership she would contact me with the information, Carfax, and price. Once we found the one we were interested in we scheduled a test ride, checked it all out and then went out for lunch while the paperwork was being taken care of.
