Chris Foushee and the Sprinter Technician are both amazing. Had a serious problem while traveling through Pensacola with a 3500 Van. Not only were they professional and courteous, but they went above and beyond to explain the options available. We were back on the road 24 hours after our arrival and they loaned us a car to minimalize our inconvenience. Our entire experience at Centennial Imports was first rate... everyone was unbelievably helpful.
My family and i have been purchasing cars for over 13 yrs. They are like my family! Paul is such an awesome personable salesman, Brent knows how to close the deal with no hidden factors, and Rob is such a great service advisor he will tell you the truth about your vehicles needs. Chris Foushee in the service department is GREAT!! I have 3 commercial Freighliner/Mercades Sprinter vans and I have had a really hard time finding someone to work on them. From the inception of the firsts phone call to pay my bill, I was very impressed with Chris. He was extremely patient with me, as I have little to no knowledge when it comes to the maintenance and repair of vehicles. He went out of his way to thoroughly explain everything to me. Awesome dealer. And their service department is frigging fantastic
I bought a previously owned 2004 Volvo S40 from Centennial and the previous owner had bought the car from Centennial. Furthermore, they had the car exclusively serviced at Centennial. Their service department is second to none and it's because of the dedication, integrity, and professionalism of the service manager Roger Hosmer and his excellent staff. Love this dealership! First rate!!
