Our Mom was at Centennial Hills for 20 days. The original Hospitalist made 3 egregious mistakes that eventually landed her in ICU. One of the Surgeons demonstrated such bad behavior that he was banned from going near our Mom. The only blessing was that once Mom was in ICU her care turned around. A horrible experience!

I am fairly new to the Las Vegas area and my visit to Centennial Hills Hospital was under fairly extreme circumstances. The staff here are amazing!! Everyone was very friendly and personable. I stayed for a few days in hospital and felt very welcomed by every staff member I saw. Everyone was well briefed before each shift about my situation and needs and my input was encouraged. They are trying to balance bill my husband even though our EOB shows his insurance paid at 100%. His insurance is providing COVID assistance by covering claims at 100%. I’m hoping to get this resolved ASAP but it’s shady billing. Horrible at a time like this.

Friendly, clean and caring
I was sent to Centennial ER on 10/12/2020. Emergency department service was exceptional and I was admitted to a room In what seemed like minutes. Staff was very attentive although they were dealing with what seemed like a major issue in the ER. Once on the floor all of the nurses and CNA’s were exceptional.
