I went in for a routine test, ended up being there 11 days. Thankfully Dr. Kazemi found an issue and admitted me. Every single Dr. And nurse was friendly, nice, and I didn't have a single problem. I had blood draws every 6 hours and sometimes they were in and out so quickly during the night I didn't remember it. I wish I could remember everyone name, but you're all the best. Shout out to Valerie in the cath lab, she knows how to deal with deaf patients!!
The nursing staff on the Orthopedic floor have been awesome with my mom. So caring and empathic! I couldn't have asked for better people! Thank you ladies(Marie, Dewi and Neomi - Day shift / Imelda - Night Shift). You treated MY mother like I think you'd treat YOUR mothers! Again, your awesome ladies! Thank you!
I never have a bad experience at Centennial hills hospital! I'm medically complicated and I'm treated with the utmost care!! Love the staff too.
I knew this Hospital is the best. I had a little misunderstanding with a nurse but as soon as I reported the problem I had them here fixing it and making sure I am happy with my stay and there service. Thanks guys you are the best of the best.
While the experience with our 2nd son's delivery was great, the experience with the Payments and Billing department has been far from pleasant. First they charged me an incorrect amount for our stay (granted it was a joint mistake between the Insurance and the Hospital staff) - and now its been 2 months and the issue still has not been resolved- I have called back and so has my Benefits department and its still in the works ..excruciatingly enough. This hospital is the worst the ER front desk male person is the rude and acts like he does not care. How can you work at a hospital and not care about people, when they are children. If you can go to another hospital.
So I have not been feeling well for about a week, it started with a nagging pain on my right side, it became more than i could handle in 2 days. It felt like the pain i had when i got shingles, which if you've never had it, trust me its excruciating. My Dr saw me,said it could be shingles coming on again,she prescribed me the medication for shingles but told me don't take it until you see a rash,if it doesn't produce the rash it is something else.
