RecommendedMy name is Elizabeth - Shawnee is my nickname. I appreciate the hospital and the staff so much! I had total hip replacement October 2018, and then ended back October 2019 in heart failure. A terrifying experience but the amazing people who work there walked me thru it. Nursing care - Kathy in ER, Ro, Kristen, Nicole, Tony, Ferna in IMC, and princess and Grace in med/surg: thank you for kindness, knowledge, and humor.

I can't knowingly recommend any Hospital that has a staff member who will refuse treatment due to political affiliation
Not very friendly, don’t care about patients just a job to them. Hospital is dirty Rooms on 8th floor never got clean in 4 days we were in hospital. Dr Aurora was rude and nurse Dana was absolutely nightmare...... she never gave meds on time never answered her patients light when turn on. Will never go back to this hospital again! One week later my husband was still in pain, went to Mountain View and they were fantastic. RecommendedAll the nurses were extra helpful and friendly. The food was good and easy to order. Everything went very smoothly.
I was seen by the ER on 10/6/19 and stayed in the hospital overnight. I had some good experiences but unfortunately they were outweighed by the bad. I would like to give a private review rather than public to the hospital. I hope I will receive a survey.
RecommendedArrived at the emergency room on Sunday 10/6 with cuts, bruises, broken bones. ER staff, regular staff, and even maintenance staff were great during my short visit. Friendly and caring, with clear and reasurring explanations about every question I asked. Food was good, place was clean, all that. Biggest issue for me was the MRI, CT rooms were awfully cold, and took a few minutes to get a blanket. Only saw Dr Aorora (sp?) for about 2 minutes, but he was patient in answering my questions.
