Someone called and promised me a low price for electric. My bill doubled. I've tried calling several times to cancel service and they put me on a hold and then hang up. I see legal action needs to be taken. This company is despicable. I only gave one star because I had to to post.

This is such a scam. Beware, beware, beware! I should have known better when they called soliciting "better rates" than what I was paying with AEP, but I figured I'd try it and see since they promised a free and immediate cancellation. My bill TRIPLED, and of course I don't pay that much attention to it (which is what they bank on I'm sure), so was practically being robbed from August to May of this year. Their tactics are completely dishonest and it should be illegal.

This company somehow was assigned to me. I never elected in. I have a vacant property where they have been charging me over $200 a month in gas!! FOR A VACANT PROPERTY! I have attempted to reach them 3 times, the phone keeps ringing until they force you to leave a message. I have left three messages with still no call back.

NO STARS !!!!! They called and tried to get me to switch. They sounded very unprofessional and the young girl didn't seem to know what she was talking about. The actual company that provides the service might not have the same rates and she was leading us to believe. NOT SWITCHING
