Horrible experience. The storage unit I rented at Cement Hill Storage had a major water leak which destroyed at least 80% of items stored inside the unit. More than a thousand dollars worth of property was destroyed. Owners not willing to compensate stating that I signed a contract that says they are not responsible for any damage that may occur. Severity of this amount of damage was due to their lack of proper maintenance.
