If anyone out there likes REAL BBQ and you live within a 30 minute (or more) drive of Edmonds, WA, you need to go to the Celtic Cowboy BBQ!!! This is REAL Texas BBQ!!! It is nothing fancy, but OH SO good!!! I got their Corned Beef and cabbage, with Irish Soda bread and Scottish shortbread PLUS an order of "Burnt Ends", scrumptious!!!!
Great food for sure, their service good just be a tad better. They constantly forget items, not matter how big or small the order.
