A chance encounter with the owner of this joint at a local pub lead to a three hour conversation about food and philosophy. I had never heard of this place before, but do love Texas style BBQ. Finally had a chance to stop in and THIS FOOD IS AMAZEBALLS! The brisket? Exactly as brisket should be done. I'm not normally a fan of ribs, but my Wife wanted some and they were also awesome.
