I have been to Celsius twice in the past week. Once before my workout and the second time was the morning after a tough workout class. Both times I walked away feeling immediate results. Pre-workout I felt energized and ended up having one of my best Orangetheory classes in a long time. When I went the morning after a tough workout, I felt immediate relief to my sore leg muscles. Maddie and the Celsius team are EXTREMELY accommodating and made me feel so comfortable. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Love Celsius Cryotherapy! The staff is super friendly and knowledgable, and they made me feel comfortable when stepping out of my comfort zone to try cryotherapy for the first time. And I left feeling great!
