Very educated and personable staff. The whole process was enjoyable. The therapy itself was a great experience, I have had constant severe neck and back/shoulder pain. Now 24 hours later the pain has yet to return ! I will be returning for more sessons asap !
WOW! What a rush this is! No Cryobaby here!!! The euphoric feeling and added energy after my session lasted for about 8 hours. My session 9/16 was post workout. Today's session 9/17 was pre workout! Can't wait to see what Spin Class is like after Cryotherapy!
