Have been in for 2 cryo sessions so far, and I can't wait to get back. Already, I am experiencing many of the proposed benefits of this therapy, and I believe that anyone (not only professional athletes) can reap these benefits. The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Very nice people. I was in and out with out waiting. I wish they had more locations in the St. Louis area.
I went for the infrared sauna. The pricing is $30 for 30 minutes. They start you at 28 minutes so you immediately feel rushed instead of relaxed. There is a console on the wall inside the sauna with the settings on it. When I left the attendant asked me if I used the console for Netflix.... They expect you to see the console & figure it out.... The staff is friendly. Just do not ask too many specific questions.
I absolutely love it here! Today was my second session and I cannot wait to go back later next week for my 3rd. The staff is friendly, professional, and respectful. They make it clear in their welcoming demeanor that they truly love and believe in what they do. I have recommended this place to so many friends and co-workers. Keep up the fantastic work!
