Picked up my phone 5/9. The SIM card drawer is stuck closed (GLUED?!) and the back has came unglued in two hours. I accepted some damage they did to the top of the screen as potentially a trade off between getting the front glass off (which is what I broke). I chose this store because they came highly recommended. I gave them my phone Thurs 4/19. only giving one star, because I can't give none! These guys kept my phone for almost a year. They never called me with any updates. I called them every 2 months looking for a status, and they kept saying "we're having a hard time finding the parts". I finally just decided to pick it up, and they said that it was taken apart on the bench?!?!?! I said I don't care, give it to me anyway, and after several minutes in the back, they brought me a package of mismatched parts and said it was my phone. It wasn't even the right color ... read more
