Just filed a BBB complaint against Cell Surgeon. They promised me a refund on a replacement iPhone screen and never provided the refund. I have contacted them four times without results. Keep getting the runaround!

My cell phone would not charge so I stopped at Verizon in Ooltewah to see if they could help. They referred me to Cell Surgeon two doors down. Within 5 minutes, Greg had dug out a piece of my phone charger that had broken off. If I ever have a cell phone issue, they will be my first stop. Excellent service!!!!
