I did a deep relaxation & hypnotherapy session with Celeste and was so surprised at the amazing amount of clarity & awareness I arrived at during & after. I felt a little anxious going into it, having never done hypnotherapy before, nervous that I might feel trapped somehow. But I never once felt that. I felt so at peace, so connected to myself. I went to Celeste for 1 hypnotherapy session and it was truly amazing. I felt calm and safe during the session and afterwards felt very peaceful. Celeste gave me a recording to use daily to access the peacefulness I felt then. About a week after the session, I had a few situations where people were trying to push me into accepting their points of view.
