If I could give a zero, I would. I cancelled my membership effective in June yet money has continued to be withdrawn from my account for the last 3 months. The branch directs me to corporate and corporate has never once called me back! I am owed a refund of $243.00 at this point. We have yet to see if money will be withdrawn again in September. I am contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute the unauthorized money withdrawn from my account!

I've been going to celebrity tanning for about 7 years now and I've always been happy with the silver level. But all the locations on the east side that I've been too have terrible beds for this level. On top of that, the signal Butte location doesn't put a pillow in the bed. Everytime I ask they just hand me another towel. I'm paying $30/mo and they can't afford a pillow. So now I'm currently looking into other tanning salons.
I've loved my first 3 visit with the Signal Butte location! Can't wait for more!
Every store has an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The place is always super clean and the equipment is better than any other salon I've been too! Would recommend Celebrity to everyone!
