Horrible experience this morning at the Happy Valley Road/Stetson Hills location. They advertised a $20.00 spray tan on the website, as well as in the store, but AFTER I inserted my credit card in the machine and entered my PIN number, I was told it would be $7.00 extra for the “color” Well, one would think there would be some sort of sign explaining that color was extra, I decided not to proceed with the spray tan due to the false advertisement. First pair off goggles should have been free ( big points in my eyes ) but nooooo..... “ Hey lets make some money off this virus thing “ You loose them or break them , it on you . We instructed the staff to supply the first pair of goggles for free if the customer decides not to purchase a new pair. Been tanning here for 5 years. Hayden and Thomas Location. Spent a lot of money on lotions up grades and spray tans. But today I had the worst experience. The management changed. The bleach hair manager treated me so bad. This establish has become racist, dirty and unprofessional. The bathrooms are always always dirty, the beds are sticky or unclean at times, towels smells sooo gross. BEWARE!!! I been a client of this place for 5 years. I LOVE CELEBRITY TANNING! Gilbert facility really is amazing! I came in to spray tan for my wedding and they really took care of me!!! They are #1 in customer service and their beds and packages are superb!!! I wish I could post a photo !!! PLEASE OPEN UP A CELEBRITY TANNING SALON IN AHWATUKEE! WE NEED YOU!
